Get started with Synckony

Use this guide for the first merchant onboarding pass.

Step 1: Create your account

  1. Open the merchant sign-up page.
  2. Register with the email address that should own the merchant workspace.
  3. Verify your email and sign in to Synckony.
  4. Complete the basic workspace setup so you can start connecting stores.
Before you connect your first store, have the following available:
  1. Your Neto store URL.
  2. Your API key and any required access credentials.
  3. The internal owner for the rollout so alerts and follow-up actions have a clear contact.

Step 2: Connect your Neto store

  1. Open the Synckony merchant dashboard after signing in.
  2. Enter the store URL and API credentials for the Neto store you want to activate.
  3. Let Synckony validate connectivity and scope the resources it can access.
  4. Save the connection only after the validation step succeeds.
Once the connection is accepted, Synckony can prepare the baseline state it needs before routing live changes downstream.
Start with one store and one downstream use case before expanding to additional apps or merchant accounts.

Step 3: Choose what to activate

Common starting points include:
  • marketing and audience sync
  • support and ticketing triggers
  • search and merchandising data flows
  • analytics or BI feeds
  1. Confirm the destination app or webhook endpoint.
  2. Watch the first sync cycle and verify the payload shape end to end.
  3. Expand to more destinations only after the first flow is stable.
